The Siberian Gangsta @petr_yan is ramping up his fight camp! Here we are rounding out our specific warm up with some reactive strength work. The faster he moves, the more unstable he becomes, and the harder he has to work! This is a great drill to improve balance, coordination, timing, and the ability to simultaneously stabilize and produce force in multiple directions 💪🏽 #nomercy #siberiangangsta #ufc #bantamweight #champion #aannnddddnneeewwww #performancefunctionaltraining #livetrainperform #strength #conditioning #coach #tigermuaythai
