McGregor vs Poirier UFC 257 fight will be shown for free on Russian TV
The UFC 257 pay-per-view event will take place on January 23, 2021, on “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi. In the main event of the evening, “The Notorious” Conor McGregor will rematch Dustin Poirier in the UFC’s lightweight division contest. In the co-main, we will also see the bout between the two lightweight contenders Dan Hooker and Michael Chandler.
In the US, UFC 257 main card will be available to watch exclusively on ESPN+ pay-per-view. The cost of the PPV subscription for this event is $69.99.
McGregor vs Poirier free broadcast in Russia
In Russia, they will broadcast McGregor vs Poirier 2 fight and the co-main event Hooker vs Chandler live for free on the national TV – REN TV network. Prior to the live broadcast of the main two fights, they will also show a contest between Arman Tsarukyan and Nasrat Naqparast in repeat.
It is amazing news for the Russian fans as they will be able to watch McGregor vs Poirier fight free of charge without paying for a pay-per-view. The main card of the UFC 257 will start at 6 AM Moscow time or 10 PM Eastern Time in the US. Last year, REN TV also broadcasted for free UFC 254 fight between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje.
